The Prosecco production of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene is ruled by the regulations attached to the 1969 decree that officially endorses the Appellation of Controlled Origin (DOC) accompanying this incomparable wine. The grapes - Prosecco and, in an amount not exceeding 15%, the Bianchetta, Perera, Long Prosecco and Verdiso varieties - must be strictly produced in vineyards located inside the area defined by the DOC institutive law. This legal strictness also applies to the agronomic activity carried out in the vineyard and to the harvest, vinification and must maturation processes. As a result, which is also highlighted by the numerous, prestigious acknowledgments obtained in the leading international oenological competitions, the company can offer excellent wines.
